Recombinant Rhesus macaque Kallikrein 2/KLK2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus [Accession | XP_014980161.3].
The protein has a predicted MW of 27.63 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 28-35 kDa under Non-reduced condition based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, 8% trehalose, 0.05% Brij-35, 5mM Benzamidine (pH 7.5).
