The purity of Cas9 Nuclease detected by Bis-Tris PAGE is greater than 95%.
The purity of Cas9 Nuclease detected by SEC-HPLC is greater than 95%.
The in vitro cleavage activity of the three batches of Cas9 Nuclease was basically the same.
Three batches of Kactus Cas9 Nuclease were electrotransfected into 293T cell line to knockout the target gene. As shown, the knockout efficiency in the three batches were basically comparable.
