The purity of Cas9 Nuclease detected by SEC-HPLC is greater than 95%.
The purity of Cas9 Nuclease detected by RP-HPLC is greater than 95%.
Three batches of Kactus Cas9 Nuclease cleaved substrate DNA standards in vitro. Results show that the cleavage activity are similar across all batches, indicating stable activity across batches.
Gene knockout efficiency of Cas9 Nuclease analyzed in 293T, Jurkat and T cells using TIDE analysis. Results show editing efficacy are comparable to the competitor across all three cell types.
