Human Activin B Protein
Recombinant Human Activin B Protein is expressed from HEK293 without tag.It contains Gly293-Ala407 [Accession | P09529].
The protein has a predicted MW of 12.81 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 14-15 kDa under reduced (R) condition, and 24-30 kDa under Non reduced (N) condition based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 4mM HCL. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
