Biotinylated Mouse IL-5 Protein
Recombinant Biotinylated Mouse IL-5 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the N-Terminus.It contains Met21-Gly133 [Accession | P04401].
The protein has a predicted MW of 16.03 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 16 kDa and 20-35 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol (pH 7.0).
