Mouse IL-12 Protein
Recombinant Mouse IL-12 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Arg23-Ala215(IL-12A)&Met23-Ser335(IL-12B) [Accession | P43431(IL-12A)&P43432(IL-12B)].
The protein has a predicted MW of 22.80 kDa(IL-12A)&35.79 kDa(IL-12B). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-30 kDa(IL-12A)&45-55 kDa(IL-12B) based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
