Cynomolgus IL-12 Protein
Recombinant Cynomolgus IL-12 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Ile23-Ser328 (IL-12B) & Arg57-Ser253 (IL-12A) [Accession | G7P6S2(IL-12B)&XP_005546300.2(IL-12A)].
The protein has a predicted MW of 34.76 kDa (IL-12B) and 23.64 kDa (IL-12A). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-48 kDa (IL-12B) and 38-44 kDa (IL-12A) based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt.
-80°C for 3 months after reconstitution.
