Recombinant Human TNFSF15 (R32A, R85A) Trimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Flag tag at the N-terminus.It contains Asp91-Leu251 trimer design [Accession | O95150].
The protein has a predicted MW of 58.15 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-75 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
